DERA MURAD JAMALI: Two girls burnt to death and their mother and brother suffered serious burn injuries on Saturday night when their makeshift hut at Shahnawaz Khan Khosa village in Nasirabad district caught fire.
The mother was making tea when the hut caught fire, giving no time to the family to escape. Shakeela, 7, and her sister Latina, 6, burnt to death. Their mother Sakina Bibi and brother Asad Khan, 2, were injured. Over two dozen goats and sheep were killed and household items reduced to ashes. The injured were shifted to Dera Murad Jamali hospital.
