SUKKUR, June 13: The court has directed to hand over the US citizen arrested on Saturday for overstay in Pakistan despite the expiry of his visa in April 2011.

David works for an NGO of Sindh Cooperative Housing Society at Airport Road Sukkur.

A case was registered against him under the Foreign Act.

He was produced in the court of third civil judge and judicial magistrate of Sukkur on Monday.

The court directed the police to hand over Mr David to the FIA because the matter related to the federal government.
