PESHAWAR, March 6: One person was killed and two others sustained injuries in a firing incident on the issue of kite flying in Kala Bari area here on Sunday.
Phole Chand of the Hindu community was flying kite on the rooftop of his house.
His neighbour, Saleem, also a Christian, told him not to disturb his privacy, which led to exchange of hot words between the two.
After which, Saleem opened fire at Phole Chand killing him on the spot and injuring his mother and aunt who were shifted to hospital.
Saleem escaped from the scene. The Gulbarg police registered FIR against Saleem.
