KARACHI: Acute water shortage hits Karachi
KARACHI, Dec 25: An acute water shortage continues to plague many parts of the city, causing great discomfort to citizens.
The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board has failed to provide water to residents, particularly in Lyari, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Gulistan-i-Jauhar, Bhittaiabad, New Karachi, Korangi and some areas of Defence. Water is being supplied to these localities by water tankers.—PPI
