KARACHI: Accident

KARACHI, July 3: Three of a Nawabshah-based family, who were coming to the airport to receive a relative, and their driver, were killed and 13 others injured on Thursday when their van collided with a trailer on the Super Highway, police and witnesses said.

Gadap police said the incident took place at around 7am near Quetta Darbar Hotel. They said the trailer (No TLF-197) hit the van (KF-2725) which was overtaking it.

Edhi volunteers said that three men were killed on the spot and their bodies were shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.—Staff Reporter
