“Supreme Court will act only within the parameters provided by law and the constitution”, he said while talking to delegates of various bars of Northern Areas.

He appreciated the role of the Northern Areas’ bars in the lawyers’ movement and advised them to keep the spirit high and use it for providing better services to the people.

According to a press release, the Chief Justice noted that public had more confidence in the courts and lawyers and said “it is now our duty to serve them by providing quick services”.
