KARACHI, May 3: The SECP on Thursday directed suspension of trading in shares of Beema Pakistan Company Limited for a period of 60 days with immediate effect.

The order was issued under section 9(7) of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969, for violation by the company of section 86(1) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 of the Companies (Issue of Capital) Rules, 1996. The KSE made an announcement at the exchange in this respect on Thursday.
