KARACHI, July 1: Six vessels, carrying rock phosphate, steel and general cargo, are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Sunday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was modest where three ships, Oel Patriot to unload fertiliser, Antonis and Capetan Lefteris, to unload and load container after the departure of four.

The ships, which departed included Orient Indpendence, Eric G Gibson, Mar Calabria, Enricher, while Uthai Navee, Kota Tabah, OEL Patriot, Global Progress, Sutra Tiga, and Jo Birk are due to sail out on Sunday.A total volume of 95,690 tons, comprising 21,454 tons of export cargo and 74,236 tons of import tonnage, including 6,096 tons of imported sugar was handled.

The following ships are due on Sunday: Yang Jiang He, Wan Hai-303,Ilse Wulff, with containers ,Nicolas-S, with 40,000 tons of rock phosphate, Kiang Rui Men, with steel and general cargo and Chi Feng Kou, with general cargo.
