KARACHI: SPSC results declared void

KARACHI, Feb 3: Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim has ordered null and void results of written examinations conducted by Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC).

The chief minister issued order on complaints of alleged involvement of SPSC lower staff in large scale irregularities and manipulation in the written examinations held for the recruitment of medical officers and doctors.

Dr Arbab also ordered holding of these examinations afresh and to ensure that the written examinations were conducted in a transparent manner.

He also ordered the Chief Minister Inquiry Committee to probe into the affairs and submit its findings to him at the earliest.

Dr Arbab also appealed to the affectees that if they have any evidence about the irregularities and manipulation they should appear before the inquiry committee and extend all possible help and cooperation to it.—APP
