KARACHI, April 17: The pre-interview tests for the post of lady lecturers in the education department, scheduled to be held at Hyderabad will now take place at Karachi. This was announced by Chairman Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) Mohammad Hussain Bhutto on a request made by Adviser Salahuddin Haider.

These interviews were scheduled for April 19 at Government Girls Comprehensive Higher Secondary School, Latifabad No 5, Hyderabad.

The adviser was of the view that this would be inconvenient for the lady lecturers and those residing in Karachi should give interviews at the place of their residence.

Chairman SPSC acceding to the request has announced that interviews would be re-scheduled for the first week of May 2005 to be held at Karachi, Hyderabad and Sukkur.

The adviser explained that this had been done to save the female candidates from unnecessary inconvenience. — APP
