KARACHI, April 11: The KBCA has warned that Clifton’s Block 2 area is an exclusively residential area and as such no residential houses would be allowed to be converted into commercial or apartment buildings. A KBCA spokesman said stern action would be taken against those residents and builders who would be found guilty of converting residential areas into commercial or apartment buildings in the locality in accordance with the provisions of SBCO, 1979.
