KARACHI: Two killed in Gulshan

KARACHI, April 26: Two persons were killed by unidentified men in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on Monday morning, police said. A labourer, Javed Fida Hussain, 30, was killed, who had come to the city from Rahimyar Khan recently.

He was living in Madina Colony, Block-13-G, where unknown persons shot him after entering his house. The victim had got married two months ago, the police said. The police suspected personal enmity as motive behind the killing.

KILLED: Body of an unidentified young man was found near Alig Lawns, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, on Monday morning. Police said that victim was in his mid 30's, who was killed by strangulation.

The police said that they received information from police control about the presence of the body.It appeared that the body was thrown from a moving vehicle, duty officer of the Aziz Bhatti police station said.

Police shifted the body to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for the post-mortem examination. Later the body was shifted to the Edhi morgue for identification.
