EPB camp office

BAHAWALPUR, Sept 5: The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) on Friday opened its camp office here to boost the export of mangoes, dates and citrus fruits from this area.

The EPB Director-General, Lahore, Naveed Akram Cheema, inaugurating the office said that it was a step forward for the establishment of a full-fledged EPB office here in due course of time.

He said an EPB official would visit the office once in a week to provide trade information to the importers, exporters, and traders of the area.

Earlier, Chaudhry Safdar Hussain, president Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), demanded the government to establishment a full-fledged EPB office and an institute of cotton ginning.
