Fudda new KSE MD

KARACHI, Sept 19: Moin M. Fudda, former country chief of Commercial Union in Pakistan and immediate past president of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry has been appointed as the managing director of the Karachi Stock Exchange, a press release issued by the bourse on Thursday said.
It stated that Moin Fudda was amongst the first batch of professionals who were appointed as directors of the KSE in 1998- 99.
Fudda holds MBA degree in Insurance & Risk Management from the College of Insurance, New York. He has served as a member of the Board of Investment (BoI) and is currently member of the Privatization Commission. He has held post of president, Management Association of Pakistan and has been on the Board of Governors of Pakistan Institute of Management.
Moin Fudda is also the Honorary Consul General of New Zealand for Pakistan. “He was amongst the very selective group of people world over who received the ‘NZ 1990 Commemoration Medal” by Her Majesty, the Queen of New Zealand on the occasion of 150 years of celebration of New Zealand”, the KSE press release said, adding that in January this year, he was conferred by Her Majesty “Honorary Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit”.
