PESHAWAR, June 4: Elections to the offices of Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s president, senior vice-president and vice-president would take place on September 27, according to a press release issued here on Monday.

The chamber’s election and scrutiny committee on Monday announced the election schedules for the three main offices apart from the chamber’s executive committee seats, falling vacant upon the completions of the tenure of their present incumbents.

Whereas, polling for the three main offices would be held on September 27, elections for the executive committee seats would be held on Aug 28.

The committee also finalized and announced the election schedule and the criteria for getting enrolled to become eligible as voters for the up-coming elections.
