KARACHI, Nov 3: Polling for the election of new managing committee of Karachi Bar Association completed here on Saturday evening.
The polling started after an hour’s delay and till 3pm less than half of the total registered voters had turned up.
Prof Umar Farooq and Iftekhar Javed Qazi were stated to be in a neck and neck fight for the post of president, while the present honorary secretary Mehmoodul Hasan was likely to be re- elected.—APP
