Aziz was of the view that appointment of Elahi as a deputy prime minister of the country was a step to reward a coalition ally and it had not provision in the constitution.He said that this special appointment was a clear violation to the article 91 of the constitution.Moreover he pleaded that “this appointment was ill-intended and should be declared void.”
