Israeli forces have injured at least 13 people during their ongoing raid in Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, Al Jazeera reports, citing Wafa news agency.

Injuries resulted from the forces firing live bullets, rubber bullets, and tear gas, the report said.

Among those injured is a 71-year-old man hit by rubber bullets and a 12-year-old child shot in the back near the local market, Wafa said.
