FM Dar has said Gaza is facing a “full-scale humanitarian catastrophe” and over two years, has suffered indiscriminate bombardment, total blockade and deliberate starvation and deprivation while violence and dispossession escalated.

He said the humanitarian system put in place by Israel was a “cruel illusion”.
