Dar condemns Israel’s Gaza takeover plan as ‘flagrant violation’ of international laws
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has condemned Israel’s plan to completely take over Gaza as a “flagrant violation” of international law and United Nations Security Council resolutions.
He made the remarks during a telephone conversation with Turkiye’s FM Hakan Fidan late last night, according to the Foreign Office. Both ministers “expressed grave concerns at the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza”.
Dar also stressed the urgent need for providing unimpeded humanitarian assistance into Gaza, and “an end to Israeli impunity”, the FO statement noted.
Both leaders reviewed Pak–Türkiye bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on current regional and international developments.
