Several people have been wounded in a settler attack in the western area of Deir Ballut town, west of Salfit, in the occupied West Bank, Al Jazeera reports.

Wafa news agency reported that a group of settlers attacked Palestinians in the area with pepper spray, causing burns to their faces and eyes.
