DERA MURAD JAMALI: A young woman was killed in the name of honour in the Usta Muhammad area of Jaffarabad district, police said on Thursday.

The incident took place in the Goth Ahmedabad area where a man, identified as Abdul Ghaffar Khosa, reportedly shot and killed his niece Aasiya Bibi.

Upon receiving information about the incident, SHO Saadullah Jamali reached the area and conducted raids to arrest the accused. The victim’s body was shifted to a hospital for post-mortem.
