Footage circulating on social media shows the devastating impact of an Israeli aerial strike on a house in the al-Shati refugee camp in northwestern Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

The footage, verified by Al Jazeera’s Sanad fact-checking unit, shows the rocket falling on the house, as a jet is heard overhead, resulting in a huge explosion.

Huge plumes of smoke are seen rising from the scene of the attack in the aftermath.
