Chef Jose Andres, the founder of the World Central Kitchen, has said the new US-Israeli aid plan for Gaza will “take weeks” to implement and will “leave Palestinians hungry”.
Reacting to a report that the Israeli government will let the US-Israeli backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation take over the distribution of supplies in a week, the WCK founder wrote, “The new Humanitarian foundation members should be ashamed of themselves … we already have a system in place to feed all Palestinians with the help of Palestinians.”
