Israeli gunfire has killed at least one Palestinian in the municipality of ash-Shawka, to Rafah’s east, Al Jazeera reports.

Further attacks took place in Rafah’s Shakoush neighbourhood and other areas to the west of the city, said the Palestinian Information Centre, without reporting casualties.
