Sari Bashi, programme director at Human Rights Watch, says today is “a good day” because Israeli civilian captives and Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails were both released.
Speaking to Al Jazeera, Bashi described the medical evacuation of wounded people in Gaza and the loosening of aid flow restrictions as positive developments after the ceasefire.
“I wish these acts were not bargained, because they should not be bargained,” she stressed.
