The Red Crescent has said it is on hand with first aid services amid reports that two forcibly displaced Palestinians have died of exhaustion and dehydration while undertaking the trek from southern to northern Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

Hundreds of thousands of people are on the move in Gaza as they return on foot to find what is left of their homes in neighbourhoods, towns and cities in the north of the territory, which suffered some of the most violent attacks by Israeli forces.
