President Donald Trump has signed a directive that civil rights advocates say has laid the groundwork for another US travel ban targeting Muslim-majority countries, Al Jazeera reports.

The executive order may also be used to target foreign nationals who are already in the US legally and international students who advocate for Palestinian rights, experts say.
