The World Food Programme has been able to restore services in Gaza bakeries as fresh supplies continue to enter the Gaza Strip.

“We have also been preparing hot meals, including for people on the move, and we are delivering ready-to-eat meals to families in shelters,” the organisation said in a post on X.

“We must ensure this lifeline continues.”
