Israeli Settlement Minister Orit Strock has criticised a potential deal which would release Israeli captives in Gaza as “a clear victory for terrorism”, Al Jazeera reports.

“Trump does not want a terrible deal like the one on the table to be registered in his name,” the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper quoted her as saying.

“Many soldiers will pay for this with their lives and what we see now is nothing … The deal on the table is a clear victory for terrorism.”
