Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip has killed at least 45,436 Palestinians and wounded 108,038 since October 7, 2023, the Gaza health ministry said in a statement, Reuters reports.

The toll includes 37 deaths in the past 24 hours, the statement added.
