Doctors and healthcare workers from the Spain-based group Healthcare Workers for Palestine have sent a message of support and solidarity to the besieged Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

A spokesperson, Granada-based Spanish doctor Pablo Simon, said: “We want to offer you our support because your resilience and strength are admirable. You are an example to all of us, to all healthcare workers worldwide and in Spain.

“We want to tell you that you are in our thoughts and conversations every day and every hour, and we are trying to pressure our government and institutions to intervene and stop the attacks on your hospital.”
