Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip has killed at least 45,399 Palestinians and wounded 107,940 since Oct 7, 2023, the enclave’s health ministry has said in a statement, AFP reports.

The toll includes 38 Palestinians killed in the 24 hours, the statement added.
