Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip has killed at least 45,338 Palestinians and wounded 107,764 since Oct 7, 2023, the Palestinian enclave’s health ministry has said in a statement, Reuters reports.
The toll includes 21 Palestinians killed in the 24 hours, the statement added.
