The UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) has said that “thousands of displaced people queue for food for hours on end” in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

“With supplies very scarce, many of them leave empty-handed,” UNRWA said on X.

“Time is running out, while the needs continue to increase quickly and massively,” it added, calling for an immediate ceasefire.
