Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said Pakistan has consistently condemned in the strongest possible terms Israel’s “naked aggression” against Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and Syria.

Addressing the D-8 Summit in Cairo today, he called the demonisation of UNRWA by Israel equally condemnable.

“This has to be stopped, as UNRWA’s operations offered the sole lifeline to millions of hapless, helpless victims of Israeli atrocities in Gaza and the West Bank,” he continued.
