Israel’s Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Chikli said that the potential cease-fire and hostage deal “applies to all the hostages, but there’s a hierarchy, with the humanitarian cases [being addressed] in the first stage, and then the rest of the hostages,” Haaretz reports.

Speaking to Army Radio, Chikli added that he “believes there’s a consensus within the government” that all the hostages should eventually be released.
