Israel’s decision to close its embassy in Ireland because of what it says are anti-Israeli policies is “deeply regrettable”, Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris has said, AFP reports.

“I utterly reject the assertion that Ireland is anti-Israel. Ireland is pro-peace, pro-human rights and pro-International law,” Ireland’s leader wrote on X.
