Several Palestinians were killed, including a child, when Israeli warplanes targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, Wafa reports.

Wafa correspondent reported that four Palestinians, including a child, were killed, and several others were injured in the airstrike that hit a tent near Al-Asar Mosque to the south of Deir al-Balah.

In a separate incident, Israeli occupation forces demolished several residential buildings in the town of Beit Lahiya, in the northern Gaza Strip.
