THERE are stray dogs all over this city of 20 million people. I request the government to deal with this in a proper and humane manner.
The reason I want to push for this is because dog bite cases in the city have increased. According to a news reports, there is also a shortage of anti-rabies vaccines in the market, so we should take precautionary steps.
