Over 60 political workers quit nationalist politics

DADU: More than 60 leaders and workers of Sindhi nationalist parties, Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz-Arisar (JSQM-A), JSQM-Bashir and Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz (JSMM), in Dadu, Badin and Tando Mohammad Khan districts have announced quitting nationalistic politics for good and devoting their energies to the development of the country.

Now former nationalist workers Sarang Bhurgari, Wasif Soomro, Ghulam Nabi Bahoto and others said at a press conference at Dadu Press Club on Friday that from now on they would be true patriots and devote their lives to the stability of the federation.

They said that they were misguided by anti-Pakistan propaganda by their leaders and added that nationalist parties had no roots among masses.

BADIN: JSQM activist Sadam Hussain Nizamani told a press conference in Kario Ghanwar town on Friday that he, his relatives and friends had broken off all ties with the party and he would now dedicate his life to serving people.

He vowed that he and his relatives and friends would join mainstream political parties and work for the betterment and stability of Pakistan.

Earlier on Thursday, JSQM-B Tando Mohammad Khan president Zahid Jiskani and 11 other party activists also announced parting their ways with JSQM-B. They said at a press conference in Tando Mohammad Khan that many others would soon follow them and announce quitting nationalist politics.
