HYDERABAD, April 30: The sessions judge, Hyderabad, here on Wednesday ordered that the SHO, Tando Allahyar police station, should be prosecuted for non-compliance of court order.
The order was passed after the court took up the case of an accused, Mohan, in a narcotics case, and inquired whether notices were served on the two prosecution witnesses.
The court was informed that the notices were not returned.
The judge, Hussain Bux Khoso, ordered that a direct complaint should be filed against the SHO, Noorul Haq Rind, at the court of law concerned.
