DADU: 2 cops, 12 gamblers held

DADU, April 21: At least 14 people including two policemen were arrested in a raid at a gambling den on Monday.

A police party, led by the TPO, Dadu town, Mohammad Aslam Rajput, raided the gambling den at the railway crossing and arrested 14 people including two policemen.

Police seized thousands of rupees in cash and playing cards from their possession.

NURSING SCHOOL: The DCO, Dadu, Aijaz Mangi, has disclosed that a nursing school would be opened in the Civil Hospital Dadu next month.

He said this while addressing a meeting of doctors at the Civil Hospital on Monday.

He said that equipment would be purchased for the hospital and specialist doctors would be posted there.

The DCO warned the hospital staff to change their attitude towards the patients and provide them the best service.—Correspondent
