HYDERABAD, Dec 7: The provincial committee of Pakistan People’s Party (SB) in a meeting has flayed the indifferent attitude of the rulers in Mir Murtaza Bhutto murder case.
The meeting regretted that instead of punishing the murderers, they had been reinstated in service and given promotions.
It demanded that the alleged murderers of Murtaza Bhutto including Shoaib Sadal should be suspended and awarded death sentence.
The participants also condemned the Israeli aggression against the people of Palestine and bombardment on the innocent people of Afghanistan.
They called upon the Muslim countries to perform their due role in saving the lives of the Palestinians and Afghans.
They condemned the statement of PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto for branding the independence movement in Kashmir as a terrorist movement. The meeting took strong exception to the proposed transfer of 17 dehs of Ghotki to Punjab and termed it as a conspiracy against Sindh.
It expressed grave concern over the deteriorating law and order situation and extra judicial killings in Sindh.
The meeting demanded a judicial inquiry into the alleged excesses against the prisoners in central jail, Hyderabad.
SPSC: Sindh Public Services Commission (SPSC) has recommended 24 male and 5 female candidates for the posts of lecturer/subject specialist in physics.
According to an announcement on Friday, the names of the candidates have been recommended to the government for the appointment against the said posts of BPS-17.
The commission also announced the names of four male and one female candidate eligible for the post of senior registrar in various subjects and also recommended their name for the appointment.
