KARACHI, April 20: Sindh Minister of Excise & Taxation Rauf Siddiqi has said the government will take stern action against unfair practices and irregularities.

He issued the warning while he took notice of public complaints during a surprise visit to Lines Area along with MPA Ms Shumaila Nazir on Sunday.

The minister visited the office of the Lines Area Redevelopment Project (LARP) of the city government where people apprised him of irregularities being committed at that office.

He asked the deputy director of LARP, Didar Husain Shah, about the complaints and instructed him to redress the people’s grievances and stop irregularities and malpractices.—PPI
