Traders for early arrest of dacoits

DERA GHAZI KHAN, Oct 10: Traders of new vegetable market have demanded immediate arrest of the dacoits who injured and looted one of their colleagues on Tuesday.

Four dacoits shot at and injured Sajjad Ahmad on resistance when he, along with another shopkeeper, was returning to his shop after collecting money from various traders. The dacoits had taken away Rs300,000.

Police registered a case with no arrest so far.

Trader’s central organization president Mian Hafeez Dajli also demanded early arrest of the culprits.
