HYDERABAD: Sacked teacher

HYDERABAD, March 28: The district and sessions judge on Friday directed the secretary for education to decide the matter of a sacked woman teacher, Shahida Ashfaq Qureshi, after going through inquiry report of the district education officer, girls, and comments filed by the EDO, education, in the case.

The judge, Parkash Lal M. Ambwani, asked the secretary to submit his report next month after taking the decision.

The principal of the Piggott Memorial Girls Higher Secondary School, who appeared before the court, said Ms Shahida had been terminated after completing the formalities.
