HANGU, March 19: A widow killed her mother-in-law in Orakzai Agency’s Toor Kanary village to ‘avenge’ the murder of her husband on Tuesday night.
Witnesses said the woman, whose name could not be ascertained, shot dead her mother-in-law, who allegedly killed her husband Abdul Hadi a month ago.
Local people said this was for the first time that such an incident had taken place in their village that a woman avenged.—Correspondent
