PESHAWAR, Oct 10: Pakistan Afghanistan Defence Council Chairman Maulana Samiul Haq on Wednesday appealed to the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) to adopt a tough stand on the situation which has developed after the US strikes on Afghanistan.

In a statement issued here, he urged the OIC foreign ministers to utilize all available resources to stop the US aggression against Afghanistan.

The statement said that the US and British forces were bombing civilians in the war-ravaged Afghanistan and the Muslim countries should take bold steps to force the allied forces to stop the bombing.
