LAHORE, March 15: Pakistan meet Nepal in the opening football match of the SAF Games at the Army Stadium in Islamabad on March 29.
According to the draws announced by the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) on Saturday, Bangladesh play the newcomers Afghanistan the same day.
Bangladesh, Maldives and Afghanistan are placed in pool “A”. Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal are in pool “B”.
Schedule:
March 29: Bangladesh v Afghanistan; Pakistan v Nepal.
March 31: Maldives v Afghanistan; Pakistan v Sri Lanka.
April 2: Sri Lanka v Nepal; Bangladesh v Maldives.
April 4: Semifinals.
April 6: Final.
